PBS Kids, It's My Life This is a great website to visit with your kids. It has resources about peer relationships, emotions and other relevant issues. Important topics discussed include gossip, rumors, bullying and many more. The site includes short video clips and quizzes for students to try.
Kids Health This site is divided into three sections, one for parents, one for kids and one for teens. They include articles on many topics that are relevant for parents and students, including such things as school issues, family issues, peer relationships and different emotions.
Character Counts This site is a great resource for lesson ideas about good character and also has a comprehensive list of book recommendations on specific topics.
American Psychological Association This is a wonderful site to utilize to find more information about a variety of social and emotional issues, especially regarding different diagnosis, such as ADHD and Anxiety Disorders.
Autism and Asperger Information This web site provides a wealth of information regarding asperger's disorder and other autism spectrum disorders including: articles, educational resources, links to local, national and international support groups, sources of professional help, lists of camps and schools, conference information, recommended reading, and moderated support message boards.

Massachusetts Aggression Reduction Center MARC is housed at Bridgewater State University and the program is focused on providing low or no cost services to schools and communities around the topics of violence prevention, bullying and cyberbullying. This site provides useful information for parents, and educators regarding these topics.

Autism Teaching Strategies This is a great website that I found recently. It includes many free downloads that help students to acquire social skills, emotion regulation strategies, communication skills and more. I have downloaded many free activities to use with students.
Social Thinking This site provides information regarding the concept of Social Thinking and includes all of Michelle Garcia Winner's (the founder of social thinking) products. This is a great resource for families with a child on the autism spectrum or with social weaknesses. Michelle also has a blog in which she shares new ideas or discoveries in social thinking. I would highly recommend visiting!
